Home access design provides thoughtful, long-term solutions that keep aging people and those with disabilities comfortable, mobile and safe within their own homes. As our most accredited lifestyle management service, we adapt the home environment with prescriptive equipment and structural changes to promote independence. With extensive experience and national certifications in home accessibility, our therapists are able to offer a variety of services, including design, planning, project supervision, and training.

Certified Health and Wellness Coaching

Evidence-based health promotion has been proven to reverse and prevent chronic medical conditions. We take an individualized approach to lifestyle medical management, and our health and wellness coaches are therapists who have been certified through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. This service is available for individuals, corporate events or health and wellness programs.

Massage Therapy

Want to lower your stress,manage your pain, improve your physical fitness and boost your mental health and immune system? Massage therapy is the answer! At Key Complete Therapies, a PT practitioner with dual licensure as a massage therapist will manually manipulate muscles and other soft tissues in your body to improve overall health and well-being.  This service is available to individuals as a standalone service and can also be incorporated into traditional Physical Therapy.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is best defined as a series of choreographed movements that focus on cultivating and moving your Qi — or breath —throughout the body to promote wellness and healing. Unlike traditional forms of exercise, Qi Gong has been proven to lower inflammation-causing cortisol while increasing energy levels. Licenced physical therapist Dr. Vicky has taught Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 15 years, and can provide services for individuals, corporate events or health and wellness programs.

Mindfulness

When you spend too much time planning, problem-solving, daydreaming and overthinking, it can lead you to feel stressed, anxious or depressed. Mindfulness is a type of meditation that emphasizes intense awareness of your feelings without interpretation or judgment. This can be a powerful tool in retraining the brain to regulate emotions, stay in the present and relate to stress differently. Mindfulness training at Key Complete Therapies are oriented for individuals with disabilities and their family members.

Intensive Therapy Programming

Intensive Therapy Programming accelerates the impact of traditional therapy by combining high-frequency PT, OT and speech therapy with applicable health and wellness services within a group context. Being treated with other like-minded clients can give you the additional benefits of social support, belonging and group motivation. Included in this is our Key Complete Kids Camp, which serves as a fun, inclusive outlet for children to socialize, learn and play while receiving quality treatment.
